Freyming-Merlebach - Lighting Design Concept

Project Description
A comprehensive lighting concept was designed to achieve a thoroughly coordinated and balanced lighting scenario including functional, accent lighting, architectural and commercial lighting. Town entry, pedestrian zone, main square and facades of important buildings were illuminated in a way which emphasises plasticity and contours while providing better general orientation. Ground recessed light lines and spots are setting accents and creating visual separation of the various areas. Colour changing tree and water feature lighting, light columns with integrated loudspeakers and webcams are offering the use during events which is strengthening the attractiveness of of the city.
